Certificat de Inmatriculare - Consulatul Romaniei Antwerpen

I have some consulate documents that are the same form, filled in at different moments. I deduct, but remains to be verified, that the family had to register every year at the consulate, probably for some passport validity reason. For me the main intrest of these documents rely in the fact that a photograph of Eisik was attached, and also as it gives some information about family situation.

Here are the four different versions of the document I have. I give them the number of the top of the page for easy reference (13, 46, 73, 82

I note below a very surprising thing about them.

They are each time issues in August and valid til december 31st of the year.

N°13 is from 1932
N° 46 is from 1937
N°73 is from 1935
N°82 is from 1936

The section copii (children) is interesting.
First, Abraham is not listed anymore after 1935, he was then 22. Does it mean only he was then legally adult, and/or did he left parental home at that time ?

Secondly, and much more surprising is the way one of the children is enlisted as Sima/girl or as Simon/boy

N°73   Simon, fiul (son) - age reported 14
N°82   Simon, fiul (son) - age reported 15


The fact Simon is listed 3 times and Sima one time could lead to think of an error in the first document.  I would not go that fast in conclusions.The ages correspond to the aging compared to the documents date. Simon can of course also be a wrong spelling for Simone, the female version of Simon. But mispelling children's name is really weird... unless f.i. if the document was written by an external person (not one of the parents) to which the names were dictated. Furthermore, in no other documents does Simon appear.
Another name we find here is "Rachel". The age reported here corresponds with "Riel" which was listed under the children's names in the Jodenregister.
