CAMILLUCCI & KRAKER

This expedition leaflet, I think, explains that Palm, Myrth and seeds have been expedited. Probably Sukoth attributes.

CAMILLUCCI & KRAKER is an expedition house and according to this document was active from 1934 to 1942.

As in other documents the street name mentioned on this leaflet is unknown today. Interesting is that the German suffix strasse is used and not the flemish straat . At that time street names in Antwerpen had also a French translation (both names French and Flemish where present on street signs. The address written is Levretstrasse. Which street is mentioned here ?

For sure this adress was understandable at the time by the postman, otherwise the paper would never have arrived in my document binder. Trivial translation into Dutch would bring it to Levretstraat, which does not exist in Antwerp today. I also tried other spelling like Levrettstraat or Lebretstraat (b & v being close in pronunciation, and Antwerp has a Spanish occupation history) but without success. The next thing tried was to consider Levret as a dutch word, then see if it has a french translation and the other way around.

So, unless I find a street inventory of Antwerp of 1942, I am unable at this time to identify the adress.
