Picture of boy with hat

In the pack with photographs was this small undated picture of a boy with hat.

I have no information at all and there is nothing on the reverse side.
As it was in a pack of pictures of my grand-parent I can only speculate that it is a boy who was known to them or to their parents.

To be verified is whether this could be a picture of Jozef Kahan.I would not be favourable to this hypothesis as there is really no ressemblance with other family members.

Maybe some readers can comment on the hat or tie and try to date the picture a bit more precisely ?
